Oct 17, 2019

October is here and along with pumpkin-flavored treats, golden leaves falling to the ground, and sweaters being brought out from the closet, but it also brings a reminder to put your health first.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and it is here to be a critical reminder to make the appointment and get your yearly check.

In the U.S., it is estimated that 331,530 cases of Breast Cancer will be diagnosed in women just in 2019, about 1 in 8 women.

Today I would love you to join me as I explain how my teaching journey has led me to collaborate with Breast Cancer training and fitness programs made specifically to help with issues that come from battling this disease.

I share how I ended up teaching classes for this, getting certified, and assisting these women in regaining their strength, energy, and range of motion through carefully crafted, and nurturing pilates.
