Self-care is not just about
making sure that you’re healthy and happy in the present. It’s a
long-term game-plan to help you find that spark of passion that
makes sure you have a balance already in place when you reach
midlife.
Your fitness, nutrition, and mindset are all
key elements to creating a healthy, happy lifestyle. When they are
in sync with one another, they allow you breathing space to focus
your energy on things that make you happy both in the present and
in the long run.
I often hear women say that they don’t know
what to do with themselves after their kids fly the nest. They have
spent years building their identity and happiness around someone
else. This is why I feel so strongly about empowering women to find
their spark, and it’s also how Pursue Your Spark came to
life.
