Today in episode #19 we talk about four common nutrition myths that are plain old nonsense.

There is no such thing as bad foods. Not every diet is right for each person, and pre-existing health conditions may limit which foods you can eat. We are so confused by all the information out there and what you should or shouldn't eat seems to change every season.
